From the
18th July 2011, the processing time of Visa, when applied personally is
upto 3 working days, and when applied via post is upto 2 weeks.
New online visa application form
with effect from 20 June 2011
The Indian government has changed
the
procedures for applying for a visa with effect from 20th June 2011.
Thereforce, from that date visa application can be only applied through
the site Online Application.

from Monday to
Friday between 9.30 to 11.30 hrs in the Consulate General of India,
Frankfurt (North Rhine Westphalia, Hessen, Rhineland Palatinate and
Saarland), in addressing consular problems.
In addition, a Consular/Welfare
Officer will
also be available for a walk-in meeting on Mondays and Thursdays
between 10.00 - 12.00 hrs in the Consulate General of India, Frankfurt.
